Francisco Cerundolo, born in Buenos Aires on August 13, 1998, is an Argentine tennis player.
In singles he won two titles on the ATP Tour and his best ATP ranking was the 19th place reached in June 2023. He made his debut in the Argentine Davis Cup team in 2022.
He comes from a sports family. His younger brother Juan Manuel is also a professional tennis player, who won an ATP title and entered the top 100 in the world rankings in 2021. Their father Alejandro had also been a professional tennis player and Francisco's sister, Constanza, did part of the Argentine field hockey team that won the gold medal at the 2018 Youth Olympic Games.
On 17 July he won his first ATP title in Bastad; he first eliminates Pedro Sousa and in the second round the world No. 5 Casper Ruud, first top 10 defeated in his career. He then got the better of Aslan Karacev, in the semifinals against the ATP nº 18 Pablo Carreño Busta and triumphed in the final by beating Sebastián Báez 7-6, 6-2, a result that takes him to 30th place in the world.
After elimination in the second round at Queen's 2023, he won his second career ATP title on the grass of Eastbourne by defeating world No. 17 Tommy Paul in the final with a score of 6-4, 1-6, 6-4.
