Texas Christian University gets the NCAA Final Four!

The Texas Christian University defeated Michigan in the NCAA Quarterfinals 4-1, to reach the Final Four. TCU reached its fifth all-time NCAA semifinal appearance with a win over the Wolverines. The Horned Frogs take on Ohio State today, Saturday at 11:00.

The Buckeyes outscored Georgia 4–3 to set up the double. Head coach David Roditi said: "Just an absolute war. A battle of wills and guts. Both teams have left everything out there. There's no doubt that being from Texas, and with the last month, we're more used to the heat, so that helped us through those conditions.

What I'm so proud of our guys is that they lost double point on an overrule, but came back. They fought back. Winning all those first sets was key. Our guys have put everything aside and they fought for each other. As a coach, you can't ask for more.

I want to thank all the fans who were out there. To beat a team coached by Adam Steinberg and Benjamin Becker, that means a lot. It's a fantastic program. Adam Steinberg won a championship at Pepperdine and Benjamin Becker won titles on the ATP Tour.

It's an incredible team. It means a lot to be able to beat them. We have a lot of respect for their program and their team." A win over the Buckeyes would make Roditi the first coach to lead TCU to the NCAA D1 Men's Championship.

TCU is 0-4 all time in the NCAA Semifinals. The Horned Frogs defeated the Buckeyes 4-2 on February 20, 2022, in the semifinals of the ITA Indoor National Championships in the last meeting of the schedules.
