2013 - Jordan played his first professional tournament in Burnie Challenger as a qualifier, winning one match. 2 semi-final results in Futures before winning Austria F5 event in July. Claimed Australia F8 Futures crown in September, reaching another final 2 weeks later and he finished the season ranked 320th

2014 - Lost to Jerzy Janowicz in the first round of the Australian Open in 5 sets and Luke Saville defeated him in the final of Australia F2 Futures. Semi-final run in An-Ning Challenger and another Futures final lost, this time at Croatia F10 event. Advanced to the final of Bangkok Challenger and he wrapped up the season in the Top 300

2015 - 3 Futures titles and 2 Challenger finals, in Ho Chi Minh City and Traralgon, with additional 3 semi-finals, enough to settle in the Top 160 at the end of the year

2016 - His first ATP win came in Sydney and he claimed Cherbourg Challenger title, with 3 more coming in Anning, Ho Chi Minh City, and Traralgon. Jordan had a chance to compete in all 4 Grand Slams for the first time, winning 1 match at the Roland Garros before losing in the second round to Ivo Karlovic by 12-10 in the 5th set and 4 hours and 31 minutes. 6 semi-finals in Challengers also propelled his ranking position, finishing inside the Top 100 for the first time

2017 - Spent the entire season in the Top 100 after 13 ATP wins in 30 matches. He reached his first ATP quarter-final in Brisbane, losing to Kei Nishikori, and claimed 1 win in Sydney and Australian Open as well. Jordan delivered 2 singles wins against the Czech Republic in the Davis Cup and he lost 3 Challenger finals, in Surbiton, Binghamton, and Vancouver. He stunned world number 1 Andy Murray at Queen's and also Jack Sock at the US Open, in 5 sets
