The Horned Frogs aim to become just the third program to win three consecutive national indoor titles along with Virginia (2008-2011) and Stanford (1973-1976). TCU is also the first team to reach the final of the ITA National Indoor Championships in three consecutive years since USC did so in 2013-2015
For the second day in a row, TCU no. 2 had to climb out of a hole after giving up the doubles point to Wake Forest. TCU once again demonstrated its resiliency in singles, reeling off consecutive victories on courts one, two, four and five to clinch the match in short order.
With the win, TCU has won 34 straight indoor matches and 12 straight at Indoor Nationals. The Horned Frogs improved to 18-8 all-time in the ITA National Championships and 16-4 in the tournament since 2019. TCU has defeated six consecutive ranked foes in 2024.

Coach David Roditi said, analyzing the victory: "The boys did it. Incredible. Losing in doubles, then coming back and winning four matches once again shows great resilience. I'm so proud of these boys. Tomorrow they're in the final against tough Ohio State team. Those guys looked really good, but we're ready for another battle. Beautiful facility here at Columbia University. Go frogs!"
