Grigor Dimitrov played his second round match at the ATP 250 tournament in Marseille. The Bulgarian defeated Sebastian Korda in the most interesting match of the day with a score of 6-1, 7-6 (5) and reached the quarter-finals in the French event.
Dimitrov made a beautiful gesture at the end of the match. A gesture that thrilled all the people of the crowd present on the Central Court of the Open 13 Provence and the fans who followed the match from home. The Bulgarian wanted to personally thank a disabled fan who supported him tirelessly from the first exchange to the last and joined him in the stands.

Dimitrov beats Korda and will meet in 1 hour Arthur Rinderknech
Coming back to the court after the disappointing defeat against Nuno Borges in the third round of the Australian Open, Grigor Dimitrov overcame Sebastian Korda with a score of 6-1, 7-6 (5).
Having dominated the first set, the Bulgarian also started the second well thanks to the backhand sent to the net by Korda at the start. The American attempted a reaction in the eighth game and got back into the running thanks to a fantastic backhand down the line.
However, in the tie-break he ruined everything and collected four points in a row from 5-3. Dimitrov dominated the first set of the game and left only one game to his opponent, who appeared to be in great difficulty. The flow of the match did not change at the start of the second set.
Dimitrov immediately overtook the American and gained an important advantage. Korda suddenly woke up and, down 3-4, sealed the counter break by hitting a delicious winner with his backhand down the line. In the tie-break, however, Korda once again faltered, losing four consecutive points from 5-3.
To gain access to the semi-finals of the Marseille tournament, Dimitrov will have to overcome Arthur Rinderknech (the match will start in an hour - ed.), who overcame Jiri Leheckasi, qualifying for the quarters.
