Simona Halep listed for sale the home where she threw the pre-wedding party before she got married to millionaire Toni Iuruc. Anybody can offer to buy Simona's house if they are ready to get out of their pockets approximately $4.5 million, This number is 130% higher than the $3.4 million price Margot Robbie got for giving away a Los Angeles mansion.
According to Insider, "Robbie bought the Hancock Park home in 2017 for $2.73 million and then sold it in June for a little less than $1 million more."
Simona Halep's house facilities
Halep's mansion looks, however, worthy of the steep price.
"Simona Halep put up for sale the villa with 9 rooms for the amount of 4.2 million euros. The villa is located on the shores of Lake Snagov (Romania), has an area of 420 sqm and consists of a living room with an opening to the pool, its own courtyard, a master bedroom with a walk-in dressing room, an office and a fitness room, two secondary bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a bathroom for guests.
All rooms have lake view. The villa also features a swimming pool located in front of the living room, bedrooms for maintenance staff, lakeside pontoon with direct access to Lake Snagov and garage for boats," GSP.ro describes.
Here are a few pictures posted by Halep at her Lake Snagov home.
Simona Halep's decision to sell the house was not addressed by the former Wimbledon champion.
Yet, we can speculate she either needs the money or wants to erase any reminders of her ex-husband. The divorce between Halep and Iuruc took place about a year after their civil wedding, "We decided together with Simona to break up!
Stop insisting, it's my last public appearance. The lawyers will take care of the rest in the most civilized way possible", said Toni Iuruc at the time, as quoted by Fanatik.
