The time has come for Aryna Sabalenka to enjoy her well-deserved holidays, after a long and exhausting tennis season, showing a sensational photo to her fans. At the recent WTA Finals in Cancun she lost the tennis throne, now presided over by Iga Swiatek, but the beautiful Belarusian tennis player triumphed at the Australian Open and, in general, had a very positive season on the court.
In between there was some bitter controversy regarding her stances on the Russian-Ukrainian War, with Aryna ultimately asking the media to avoid asking her questions on the topic. Now, with the season over, the very strong and beautiful Belarusian tennis player is enjoying her holidays in an exotic dream location, from which she shared a photo that drove her followers crazy.
this is the Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun. Beaches of fine white sand, palm trees and a spectacular and boundless blue sea. In the middle, the super sensual Aryna with a one-piece bathing suit lying on a hammock. Below is the photo shared by Sabalenka on her Instagram account.
Sabalenka: "It was an incredible season"
Sabalenka ended the 2023 season following her defeat in Cancun.
The Belarusian tennis player described her competitive year and her recently concluded Finals in 3 words. "As for my performance here, challenging, terrible, not the best… Super sad. And this season? Amazing, amazing, the best.
I would like to say the best about this tournament," Sabalenka said at the press conference. We remind you that Sabalenka topped the Bacalar group by winning against the Kazakh Elena Rybakina and the Greek Maria Sakkari only to lose against the American Jessica Pegula (still undefeated in the tournament without losing a single set in her 4 matches played, ed.).
Sabalenka said regarding her match that she will use this match as a lesson for the future, stating: "I have had many lessons this season. A lot of tough defeats, a lot of big wins, becoming No. 1 in the world but it's not about the rankings.
I feel like in those tough games, that's something you have to learn sometimes. I will continue to work. I feel like I'm going in the right direction, I have to stick to our plan and move forward, forget about the negative side of this season, focus on the positive and keep working and keep improving." In December the Belarusian will be involved in exhibition matches in view of the start of the 2024 season with the preparatory tournaments for the AO of which she holds the title won during the year just ended.
