Fantasy in command in the DP World Tour: while waiting for the European circuit to regain its former glory, an extraordinary video has captured the attention of all fans. In the video shared on The news? It's not so much the length of the distance, but the stratospheric height from which the shot is made.

Tommy Fleetwood, results

Tommy Fleetwood, in fact, manages to hit the ball directly from the hold of a cargo plane while a paratrooper boldly launches himself into the void in pursuit of him. The ball, of course, lands on a golf course after a leap that seems to defy the Guinness Book of Records, while it is easy to imagine where its journey ends.

While the video is clearly the result of skillful editing, it still retains an irresistible charm, highlighting the beauty of a golf ball flying through the sky at an above-average altitude. According to the description, the cargo is at an altitude of 9,000 meters and Tommy appears smiling as if nothing had happened, tied to the aircraft with a simple cable around his waist, with the sponsor's cap firmly on his head.

Once hit, the golf ball becomes the protagonist of a spectacular chase, immortalized by the reckless parachutist with a camera on his helmet, who follows the trajectory of the ball until it reaches the Dubai Creek course perfectly, even overcoming a water obstacle.

Fleetwood, born on January 19, 1991, in Southport, Merseyside, England, enjoyed a notable amateur career. He claimed victories in the 2009 Scottish Amateur Stroke Play Championship and the 2010 English Amateur, and secured runner-up positions in prestigious events such as the 2008 Amateur Championship, the 2010 New South Wales Amateur, the 2010 Spanish Amateur, and the 2010 European Amateur.

In 2009, Fleetwood represented Great Britain and Ireland in the Walker Cup. He achieved a remarkable ranking of number 3 in The R&A's World Amateur Golf Ranking and reached the number 1 spot on the Scratch Players World Amateur Rankings.

In July 2010, Fleetwood finished as the runner-up to Daniel Gaunt in the English Challenge on Europe's second-tier Challenge Tour. Shortly after winning the English Amateur in early August of the same year, Fleetwood turned professional.
