Grigor Dimitrov on Marton Fucsovics pulling off a Dimitrov-like one-handed backhand

Marton Fucsovics delivered a stunning one-handed backhand winner at the Bratislava Challenger and he wanted Grigor Dimitrov to see the one-handed backhand brilliance he pulled off. In a video posted on his Instagram Story, Fucsovics was a few meters behind the line when he delivered a stunning one-handed backhand winner.

Fucsovics, a former world No 31, usually plays a two-handed backhand. "Almost like @grigordimitrov," Fucsovics captioned a video he posted on his Instagram Story. Dimitrov shared Fucsovics's video and captioned it: "Haha as you said...

almost. But hey, what a beauty mate."

Fucsovics won his first two matches in Bratislava

The shot that Fucsovics shared presumably came during one of his first two matches at the Bratislava Challenger. In the Bratislava first round, Fucsovics saw off Lukas Pokorny 7-6 (3) 6-0.

In his next match, Fucsovics defeated a far bigger name as he ousted Yannick Hanfmann 6-2 7-5. Fucsovics got off to a great start versus Hanfmann, breaking the German in the very first game of the match. Hanfmann had a chance to immediately get the break back but he missed out on two consecutive break points in the second game as Fucsovics opened a 2-0 lead.

Already up by a break, Fucsovics broke Hanfmann again to take a 3-0 lead. Down by two breaks, Hanfmann got on the board in the fourth game when he got one of the breaks back to cut the deficit to 3-1. Just after getting one break back, Hanfmann lost his serve for the third time as Fucsovics broke again in the fifth game for a 4-1 lead.

Up by two breaks, Fucsovics held on to his serve the rest of the set to seal the opener. After easily winning the first set, Fucsovics also broke Hanfmann in the first game of the second set. Down by a set and a break, Hanfmann refused to quit as he broke back Fucsovics in the sixth game to tie the second set to three games apiece.

However, blowing an early second-set break didn't impact Fucsovics, who broke Hanfmann again in the 11th game and served out for the match in the following game.
