Novak Djokovic vs Miomir Kecmanovic's HIGHLIGHTS

Novak Djokovic qualified for the semifinals of the ATP 250 in Belgrade. The number one in the world, still very late in condition, being today only the sixth game played this year, got the better of the countryman Miomir Kecmanovic with a score of 4-6 6-3 6-3 in 2 hours and 19 minutes.

Another slow start for the 20-time slam champion who, as in the previous round against his fellow countryman Laslo Djere, found himself down by a set and a break. Only with his back to the wall did Djokovic manage to raise his level of play and show some glimpses of the tennis player we have come to know over the years.

The two consecutive backhand winners that allowed him to close the match are proof of this, followed by two screamers who know so much about liberation for what Nole has been through in the last 4 months. The world number one obtained in the decisive set, on the partial of 2-3, a streak of 4 consecutive games, the result of a partial of 16 points to 2.

Djokovic thus extends his streak of consecutive successes against compatriots to 10, bringing his record at 27-4 against Serbian tennis players.
