Alexander Bublik was so frustrated that he lost against Hubert Hurkacz in the first round of the Toronto Open that he swore at the net, telling his opponent that he wishes to not face him ever again.
Yet, Bublik is an effervescent character, so incidents like the one at the net happen all the time.Bublik after losing to Hubert Hurkacz:
“I wish to never face you again in my f******g life, man”.
One thing you have to give Bublik credit for…
He’s always honest. 😂

For example, in Halle, Bublik untied the umpire's shoes.
But, Aleksandar Bublik went on to win Halle by defeating Andrey Rublev in the final.Your shoes are un-tied 🤣#TWO23 pic.twitter.com/mORsVuCVP2 — Tennis TV (@TennisTV) June 22, 2023

Tiafoe and Raonic entered into conflict as well
Bublik's swearing was much less dramatic than the conflict between Raonic and Tiafoe caused by umpire's decision to give a point to Frances although he touched the net.
Milos Raonic at the press conference revealed what the referee said about the episode and protested the decision. He told: "He quickly changed his choice and the discussion moved on when the ball bounced a second time. Then they said it didn't matter because Frances could touch that part of the net.
The rule is clear, but the argument has also been changed many times. I don't think they were completely honest, they handled it badly regardless of whether it was legal."
