Serena Williams will receive a new honor. The black catsuit she wore at the 2018 edition of the French Open will be exhibited at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, and will be one of the highlights of the Mode et Sport exhibition, which traces the history of sport and fashion since the dawn of the game.

Mode et Sport began on September 20, 2023 and will be available to crowds until April 7, 2024, as a promotional event ahead of the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.

This is only the last honor obtained by Serena

The legendary North American tennis player had in fact received another important honor just a few weeks ago.

Williams was inducted into the 2024 class of the National Women's Hall of Fame. The awards ceremony will take place in March 2024 in Seneca Falls, New York. Founded in 1973, the National Women's Hall of Fame celebrates American women who have distinguished themselves in various activities.

The induction ceremony will take place in March 2024, during Women's History Month, in Seneca Falls, New York. Jennifer Gabriel, the Hall of Fame's chief executive, talked about the women who were chosen for the 2024 class, at the NWHF: "The 2024 class of inductees are scientists, activists, performers, and athletes who are the changemakers of today and inspiration for the women of tomorrow." In a statement, the board of the National Women's Hall of Fame explained: "Serena Williams is a highly regarded tennis champion, entrepreneur, investor, fashion designer, and executive producer.

Serena established her venture capital firm Serena Ventures in 2017, which focuses on investing in women and founders of color and has since built a portfolio of over 20 early-stage companies." Serena was also honored by Billie Jean King through an X post.

The legendary American tennis player congratulated the 2023 Fashion Icon Serena Williams for being included among the 10 women who will be inducted, next year, into this special honor. King wrote on X: "Congratulations to @Serenawilliams, Ruby Bridges and all the other 2024 recruits in the National Women's Hall of Fame!"
