Leg Training: 5 Reasons To Not Put It Off

If you have ever thought that leg training is not that important, and that you can put it off in favor of other exercise, let us explain why that is a bad idea.

1. Not just strength, but cardio too! Leg exercises encapsulate activities that work out a variety of different muscles. Squats, for example, are designed to work on the legs, buttocks, hamstrings, inner and outer thighs and the core. Leg workouts also act as cardio exercises, not just strength exercises.  

2. Strong legs = better athlete Strong legs reinforce back and core muscles, but above all provide stability during matches. If the leg muscles are well-developed, better results can be achieved in sports ranging from swimming and cycling to tennis and running.
